Once the order is placed, Shamuzzi Gallery will deliver the order within 2-3 working days within the UAE, and 5-7 working days outside the UAE if the artwork or product is ready-made and available in Gallery.
Custom artworks and products may take up to 15 working days.
These time periods are subjected to a change and the order might get delayed due to expected and unexpected public holidays, natural calamities or other uncertainties.
Within the UAE, Shamuzzi Gallery will attempt for second time to deliver the product in case the first attempt fails due to any reason. If the delivery fails on second attempt as well, the recipient has to collect the product from the Shamuzzi Gallery Store at Ibn Battuta Gate Offices Dubai.
For order cancellation, customers can send an email to email@example.com or WhatsApp chat with our representative on: +971 55 338 2296.
The orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
If the customers receive damaged product, they should email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp chat with our rep on: +971 55 338 2296 within 48 hours of receiving delivery and send pictures of the damaged products.
The order can be exchanged or refunded if the product is delivered damaged from Shamuzzi Gallery. All exchanges and returns are free of charge after confirmation and agreement in such scenario.
Complaints of damaged products will not be entertained after 48 hours.
There are no returns for the following orders:
- If the product/artwork is damaged by the customer.
- If the artwork is custom made.
- After 7 days of the receiving the product.
Buyers should inform the customer service team on email@example.com or WhatsApp chat on +971 55 338 2296 within 7 days.
Customer should email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting refund.
The refunds will only be done when agreed upon by Shamuzzi Gallery in written.
If Shamuzzi Gallery decides to refund you, the refunds will only be done through the original mode of payment.
Refunds will not be made in case:
- The product is returned damaged to Shamuzzi Gallery
- The product is delivered to wrong address provided by the sender/customer
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being available at the mentioned delivery address.
Refunds: The refunds will be done after confirmations and may appear in Customers account within 5-7 days.
Up to 5% bank charges might be deducted from the amount refunded.
Shamuzzi Gallery does not accept exchanges for any product.
The website owner (Shamuzzi Gallery) makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.
